INSTITUTO THOMAS JEFFERSON is responsible for the collection of your personal data, as well as for its processing, protection, and safeguarding, in accordance with the provisions of the General Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Obligated Subjects (Ley General de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de Sujetos Obligados – LGPDPPSO) and any other applicable laws and regulations.

To process enrolment and re-enrolment of members of the student community.
Communication related to the purposes described above may be carried out, on a non-exhaustive basis, through telephone calls, text messages (SMS), instant messaging services such as WhatsApp, emails, digital platforms, mobile applications, and any other physical or electronic means of communication that may, now or in the future, be appropriate or necessary for the proper provision of services, using the contact details you have provided.
Consent
Pursuant to the second paragraph of Article 21 of the LGPDPPSO, consent for the processing of your personal data for the purposes described above shall be deemed tacit if, having been provided with this Privacy Policy, you do not expressly state your objection.
In this particular case, by registering within the system, individuals expressly authorize the use and processing of their personal data.
Refusal of Consent for the Processing of Personal Data
If you do not wish your personal data to be processed for the purposes described above that require your consent, you may express your refusal by submitting a written request addressed to Lloaly Nidia Paz Ibarra, sent via email to dpomexico@ispschools.com. Upon receipt of your request, it will be duly reviewed and followed up.
Transfer of Personal Data
Please be informed that no transfers of your personal data will be carried out, except where necessary to comply with information requests from a competent authority that are duly grounded and legally justified.
Your personal data may be shared internally among the administrative and/or academic units that make up the school, solely for the purpose of providing improved service and timely responses when applicable. Such internal sharing does not constitute a transfer of personal data, as it involves the same data controller.
