At our international Primary School, students aged 5 to 11 build strong academic foundations through a skill-building program based on international best practices. They make decisions with confidence and own their choices, empowered to grow successfully.

Our curriculum

At our bilingual Elementary School, students progress with the International Primary Curriculum, exploring academic and personal learning to flourish inside and outside the classroom. They make connections between subjects naturally, reflecting on acquired knowledge and applying it to global contexts.

Discovering worlds through words

Students become confident communicators, critical readers, and culturally aware individuals, building strong foundations in multiple languages and literacy skills through:

  • Spanish - engaging with diverse language practices, strengthen oral and written expression, and exploring a wide range of texts
  • Reading - developing comprehension and vocabulary, identifying main ideas, and understanding authors’ purposes, which sharpens language and critical thinking 
  • Use of English Language - building grammar, sentence structure, and writing skills, progressing to master speaking, listening, reading, and writing through real-life topics and meaningful practice 
  • Spelling - learning to represent language accurately in writing, recognize word patterns, and apply spelling rules, building a strong foundation for effective written communication 
  • French – continuing their journey developing basic communication skills and cultural awareness, and preparing for international opportunities through recognized language certifications.

ITJ Orchestra Declamation Contest Talent Show

ITJ Orchestra

Students thrive in the ITJ Elementary Orchestra, where they learn to play instruments or use their voices, culminating in an end-of-year concert to showcase their talents to family and friends.  
 
By joining this project, Elementary students experience a unique perspective on musical education, having the chance to experiment, free their inner selves, and share their art with our whole community.

Declamation Contest

Students step onto the stage to recite carefully selected poems, bringing each verse to life with clarity, expression, and heartfelt emotion.
 
As they perform, children not only strengthen their public speaking skills but also deepen their appreciation for literature and the power of language.
