Next Friday, 26 January, we kick off the ASOMEX 2024 Football Tournament and we’re excited to host at ITJ Guadalajara Palomar and Valle Real.

Schools from across the country will compete and celebrate goals on our pitches from 27 to 31 January.

The Association of American Schools in Mexico (ASOMEX) is the oldest of many regional school associations worldwide. Its purpose is to provide a collective platform for member schools to share ideas, programmes, facilities and experiences.

Every year, member schools join activities including sports tournaments, workshops, Model United Nations simulations, and art and music festivals. These experiences help build relationships within the member school community and give ASOMEX its strength and purpose.

ASOMEX sports programme mission
ASOMEX aims to give students the chance to learn, grow, compete and connect at sporting events, always respecting differences and rights, and promoting character development, sportsmanship, honesty, courtesy and discipline as core values in a safe and healthy environment.

Sports spirit
ASOMEX schools share the privilege of promoting sports activities where students, families, teachers, coaches and school leaders all work together as one team. Before winning championships and trophies, ASOMEX schools collaborate to help students and players reach their goals in the best interests of the sports programme.
