ITJ Elementary was pleased to receive a visit from the Spanish actor, Franco Mendez who shared an enjoyable poetry session with students. Using varied elements such as a guitar and a chipote flute, Franco delighted the children as they participated in this playful and artistic activity. Through their participation, the audience learned about this unique and beautiful form of artistic expression, we are certain that after this experience our students will be looking for more examples of this style of literary offerings.
